Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to get your cheese to you as quickly and cheaply as we can. However, because we're shipping the cheese straight to you from a Pennsylvania Amish farm, we have some geographical and technological limitations that prevent us from offering expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery dates. If you just gotta have that cheese for a special occasion, we share your taste in cheese and respectfully ask that you purchase your cheese at least 5 to 7 business days before you need it.

We're constantly working with our farmer to decrease shipping times and improve the quality and availability of our packing materials. We'll keep you posted through The Cheese Blog and update our policy with more information when we have it.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous United States

At this point, our shipping rates are only guaranteed for the continental United States. It may be physically impossible for us to ship to other countries, so please contact us prior to purchasing if you need to ship cheese outside of the contiguous United States.


Because we're selling food, we cannot accept returns of either opened or unopened product. If we accidentally ship you the wrong cheese or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
